Privacy Policy

• Account data — name, e-mail, phone and company affiliation (name, company ID). Passwords are stored exclusively as a secure hash (bcrypt); the hash is computed in your browser or app and the plaintext password never reaches us.
• Service content — chat messages and attachments, e-mails in mailboxes we manage for clients, documents, invoices and data about domains and services. We process this content solely to provide the agreed services.
• Operational records — IP address, browser or device type, time and type of action performed and a login identifier. They serve platform security, auditing and, for team members, attendance records.
• Payment data — from bank statements we process incoming payment details (amount, variable symbol, counterparty name) to match them with orders and invoices.
• Mobile devices — after signing in to the app we register a device token to deliver notifications; it is removed on sign-out. The app collects no location data and no advertising identifiers.

• Performance of a contract — providing the agreed IT services, operating the partner zone and mobile app, support communication.
• Legitimate interest — platform security, abuse prevention, audit records and internal administration.
• Legal obligation — accounting and tax records.
• Consent — optional cookies on the public website (see Cookies below).

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties beyond what is stated in this policy.

The platform is operated with the help of providers who may come into contact with a limited set of data:

• Cloudflare — website and sign-in protection (Turnstile, CDN); processes technical connection data.
• Apple and Google — mobile app distribution (App Store, Google Play) and push notification delivery (APNs, FCM); notification delivery is mediated by the Expo service.
• Server infrastructure providers (e.g. DigitalOcean, Contabo) hosting the platform; attachments and files are kept in our own storage.
• Fio banka — we read incoming payment data from its statements.

Processors only receive the data necessary for the given service.

The platform includes AI features (chat assistant, AI workers, automations). AI only accesses content it has been explicitly granted permissions for, and content marked “hidden from AI” is never made available to it. We primarily use our own AI infrastructure; for selected features the necessary content is passed to external AI providers, only to the extent required to perform the given task. AI outputs are labelled in the platform and subject to human review.

We keep data for the duration of the contractual relationship and as long as necessary to settle the rights and obligations arising from it. Accounting and tax documents are kept for the period required by law. Operational and security records are kept for a limited period appropriate to their purpose and then deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

Requests are handled via the contacts above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).

The partner zone and the mobile app only use technical means necessary for sign-in and security. The public website uses necessary cookies and — only with your consent — optional ones; you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

The PODPORA.Info mobile app is intended for the controller's clients and team and communicates exclusively with our own interface. Sign-in is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. The app contains no advertising, does not track location, does not read contacts and uses no third-party advertising or analytics identifiers. Photos or files you attach yourself (for example in chat) are transferred encrypted and stored in our storage.

We may update this policy, for example when the scope of services changes. The current version is always available on this page; the effective date is stated in the header.
